> Southeastern Technical is a Buford, Georgia based Managed Intelligence Provider (MIP): a managed IT and cybersecurity company that also designs, builds, and operates private, on-premise AI for the businesses it serves. We deliver everything a great MSP does, help desk, monitoring, patching, backups, cybersecurity, and compliance, plus two things almost no other provider offers: private "Local AI" servers you own (nothing leaves your network) and "AI Virtual Employees" that own a real job, such as inbox triage, dispatch, intake, and document review, supervised by your team where judgment matters. We serve small and mid-sized businesses across metro Atlanta and North Georgia, with two primary specializations: medical, dental, and veterinary practices (HIPAA-focused, Compliancy Group certified, HIPAA-tested technicians), and professional/knowledge firms such as law, accounting, and engineering (confidentiality-first, compliance-driven IT).
